Registration fees

The on-site registration fees include the program, lunches, coffee breaks (morning and afternoon), and the dinner cocktail. The registration fees are to be paid preferably online by credit card or bank transfer. Payments by check are not allowed.

In case of an order form, please inform ICAR (CNRS) as address and send it by email to our administrator at icar-secretariat@ens-lyon.fr

The members and PhD students of ICAR laboratory are waived of the registration fee but online registration remains mandatory. There are no reduced prices for other universities or laboratories in Lyon.

NB: When choosing the fee, you must specify your status : student, academic or ICAR laboratory member. The student status refers to students in bachelor, master or PhD. The fee is the same between students and academics, the information only allow us to make statistics on the number of students registered at our conference. Be careful to choose the fee corresponding to your status and on-site or online attendance.
